• Helping first home buyers with their purchase including assisting with KiwiSaver withdrawal applications, Kainga Ora Home Start Grant applications and bank finance.

• Reviewing off-the-plans purchase agreements for new unit title developments, including Kiwi Build homes, and negotiating changes to the agreements where appropriate.

• Preparing new commercial Deeds of Lease, advising on proposed commercial leases, and drafting deeds of variation, renewal and rent review lease.

• Advising and assisting with residential care loans and retirement village occupation licence agreements.
